Highly motivated team of professionals from diverse backgrounds.

Henry joined Mubadala in 2012 and is a Director and Head Trader, Public Investments in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. 
 
Prior to joining Mubadala, Henry was a Senior Equity Trader at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, where he executed orders for passive and active equity funds in Asia and EMEA. Before joining ADIA, Henry worked as a Senior Sales Trader at NDB Capital Markets in New York, where he headed institutional sales trading coverage for buy-side clients, and at Samsung Securities, where he provided sales trading coverage to U.S. institutional investors with investment strategies in Korea. 
 
Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Syracuse University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Henry Kim

Fatima joined Mubadala in 2011 and is the Co-Head of Mubadala Capital Solutions, where she oversees the permanent capital strategy, Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners and separately managed accounts. She has over twelve years of experience in funds and direct private equity investments. Fatima also serves on the boards of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and K-MAC Enterprises.​ 
 
Fatima graduated magna cum laude from the Higher Colleges of Technology with a B.S. in Business Administration. She is also a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

Fatima Al Noaimi - CFA, CAIA

Maxime joined Mubadala in 2008 and was a founding member of Mubadala Capital in 2011 where he currently is the Co-Head of Mubadala Capital Solutions. 
 
Since the founding of Mubadala Capital, Maxime has held a number of senior positions across the firm, most recently acting as the Head of Public Investments where he was overseeing Mubadala Capital’s public market initiatives. Prior experiences at Mubadala Capital includes having worked on a number of private market transactions.&nbsp; 
 
Prior to joining Mubadala in 2008, Maxime worked in the Mergers &amp; Acquisitions group of Dresdner Kleinwort and R.W. Baird in London. 
 
Maxime graduated with First Class Honors from Queen Mary College, University of London.

Maxime Franzetti

Kumar joined Mubadala in 2021 and is a Director on the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. 
 
Prior to joining Mubadala Capital, Kumar worked at sovereign wealth fund Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) in Abu Dhabi for seven and a half years. At ADIA, he was Head of Americas for the Equity Opportunities strategy which made high conviction, concentrated, long term-oriented equity investments on a global basis. Prior to ADIA, Kumar spent over a decade as an analyst and portfolio manager on Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Growth Equity team in the US, which managed $30bn across multiple high conviction-oriented strategies. He started his career in the technology industry as a software engineer. 
 
Kumar holds an M.B.A. with High Distinction from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Kumar Venkateswaran - CFA

Maryam joined Mubadala in 2014 and oversees the Fund Investment program in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. She has over nine years of experience in funds and direct private equity investments and has held various board positions across the private equity portfolio. 
 
Maryam graduated from Harvard University with a Master’s in Public Policy with concentration in Monetary and Fiscal Policy and from the University of Technology in Munich with a Diploma in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering.

Maryam AlAli

Adnan Azam joined Mubadala in 2010 and is an Executive Director in the Private Equity Team. Prior to joining Mubadala, Mr. Azam was an Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting from 2005 to 2008, where he focused on advising private equity firms and corporations on acquisitions and growth initiatives across a range of sectors including business services, healthcare and consumer. Mr. Azam graduated summa cum laude from Franklin &amp; Marshall College with a B.A. with concentrations in Economics and Mathematics. Mr. Azam also holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

Adnan Azam

Alex is a Senior Principal in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining, Alex was an Investment Vice President and Strategy Director at SoftBank Investment Advisers in London and Abu Dhabi, focusing on growth equity investments for the SoftBank Vision Funds. Previously, Alex was a Senior Manager at Strategy&amp;, part of the PwC network, leading delivery of commercial diligence and strategy projects with a focus on TMT and Healthcare. 
 
Alex holds an MA in Oriental Studies Combined from the University of Cambridge.

Alex Mitchell

Maral is a Senior Principal in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining, Maral was a Vice President at Samena Capital, focusing on private equity investments in emerging markets under the firm’s Special Situation Funds. Previously, Maral worked in M&amp;A at Citigroup and at Barclays Capital in London. 
 
Maral holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick, UK.

Maral Sivzattian

Lucas joined us from Ardian, where he worked as a Director in their Secondaries &amp; Primaries team in New York and Paris. He earned a Master of Science in International Finance from IAE Aix-Marseille University (France).

Lucas Radal

Aya is a Principal in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining, Aya was an Investment Associate at TowerBrook Capital Partners in London, a private equity firm focused on mid-market investments in Western Europe and North America. Previously, Aya worked in M&amp;A at Rothschild &amp; Co in London. 
 
Aya holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut.

Aya Makki

Daniele joins us from Oaktree Capital Management, where he worked in the Private Equity team in London. He studied Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.

Daniele Resemini

Laila joined Mubadala in 2019 and is an Associate in the Mubadala Capital Solutions Team. For the first two years of her career, Laila has been working across teams and asset classes, including Public Equities, Private Equity and Venture Capital, building direct investment capabilities. 
 
Laila holds a BA in Economics from Brown University. She is also a CFA charterholder.

Laila Alnuaimi - CFA

Khalifa Abushousha joined Mubadala in 2019 and is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity Team. Prior to joining Mubadala, Mr. Abushousha worked in corporate finance at Aldar Properties PJSC, a real estate developer in Abu Dhabi. &nbsp; 
 
Mr. Abushousha graduated from the University of Reading with a B.A. in Investment and Finance in Real Estate.

Khalifa Abushousha

Nassir Dada is an Associate in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining, Nassir was an Associate at BNP Paribas in Abu Dhabi, working on M&amp;A and corporate finance advisory across the Middle East &amp; Africa. Previously, Nassir worked at QInvest, a private investment group focused on private equity and credit investments. Nassir holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA), with Distinction, from the American University of Beirut.

Nassir Dada

Suraiya Yahia is an Associate in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining, Suraiya was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey &amp; Company’s North America PE practice where she specialized in serving investment clients across the deal cycle, focusing on Consumer, Tech, and Industrials sectors. Suraiya holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics with a minor in Finance from NYU Abu Dhabi.

Jesse graduated from the London School of Economics and was previously at Barclays London in Investment Banking.

Jesse Tan

Mohamed Bin Amaar is an Analyst in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining, Mohamed was a Treasury Associate in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank’s trading and capital markets desk, mainly working on fixed income, public equities, and Shariah-compliant derivative instruments. Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with a Concentration in Finance, from New York University Abu Dhabi.

Mohamed Bin Amaar

Darwish Almarar is an Analyst in the Mubadala Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining, Darwish served as an Investment Analyst at Zero Two ADQ, a subsidiary of ADQ, with a focus on developing digital asset infrastructure in Abu Dhabi where he concentrated on constructing business models and assessing potential returns for infrastructure projects that utilize surplus electricity from Abu Dhabi's grid for Bitcoin mining. Preceding his role at Zero Two ADQ, Darwish was employed at ADNOC Global Trading as a Cash Management Specialist, primarily handling treasury requirements through money market transactions and foreign exchange instruments. Darwish holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance, with First Class Honors from Zayed University.

Established in 2019, Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners is a joint venture between Mubadala Capital and Alpha Wave Global. The strategy has a dual mandate of achieving financial returns while also contributing to the development of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM”). 
Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners invests in top-tier investment firms and industry leading businesses who will benefit from developing a meaningful and sustainable presence in the ADGM. Launched with an initial allocation of $1 billion in 2019, Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners now has $1.7 billion of assets under management.
