Javier Abad Marturet is Senior Operating Partner at Mubadala Capital, with specific focus on advising on deal sourcing and portfolio management in Europe. 
 
Javier has more than 30 years of international deal and operational experience across sectors including leisure and wellness, business services, consumer goods and light industrials. Javier has sat on boards of listed and private global companies including Parques Reunidos (Spain-based operator of over 70 entertainment parks in EU ad USA), TechnoGym (Italian based leading provider of fitness equipment and services), Stork Services (Netherlands engineering group with global presence), Hilding Anders (largest EU mattress manufacturer based in Sweden with more than 20 brands and 20 manufacturing locations), Everis-NTT Data (Spain based global mission critical IT services provider), Noatum (Spanish freight forwarder and logistics with global operations), Lecta (Spain based international paper manufacturer and distributor).

Mr. Pillar’s experience encompasses global senior executive roles at the Virgin Entertainment Group, the CBS Internet Group, the Viacom Digital Media Group, Prodigy Internet, the Los Angeles Marathon, and Reigning Champs, among others; his Board of Director's service spans more than three dozen public and private for-profit and non-profit sports, media, and entertainment companies including AVP Pro Beach Volleyball, Silver King Communications/IAC, Zumba Fitness, SportsLine, MVP.com, MarketWatch, Sportable, SX Global/World Supercross Championship, and TiVo, among many others; his mission-driven non-profit Board of Directors service includes The Nature Conservancy (Idaho), the Brown University Sports Foundation, Running USA (where he founded and chaired the National Youth Running Initiative), Heal the Bay, the Ocean Institute, and the Ronald McDonald House Children's Charities (Florida). He was a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and Young Presidents’ Organization; he is a Henry Crown Fellow at The Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

Kevin Reddy has served as an Operating Partner for Mubadala Capital since 2021.&nbsp; 
 
Mr. Reddy served as the Executive Officer of Noodles &amp; Company. He became a member of board of directors in May 2006, and Chairman of the Board in May 2008. Mr. Reddy was President and Chief Operating Officer from April 2005 to April 2006, continuing to serve as President until July 2012. Prior to joining Noodles &amp; Company, he was the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Restaurant Support Officer for Chipotle Mexican Grill. Mr. Reddy began his professional career with McDonald's Corporation in 1983 as a regional controller. Mr. Reddy has received a number of awards in connection with his role as Chief Executive Officer, including being named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Restaurant Business Magazine in 2009, "All-Star CEO" by Restaurant Finance Monitor in 2012 and was named to Nation's Restaurant News’ 2014 “Builders List,” created to feature people who are taking restaurant brands to the next level. He currently serves on the executive advisory board to the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver. He received a BS in Accounting from Duquesne University.

Mark Carleton has served as an Operating Partner for Mubadala Capital since 2022. 
 
Mr. Carelton currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Reef Technology. From 2003 to 2021, Mark held a number of senior executive positions at Liberty Media, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Development Officer. Prior to joining Liberty Media, Mark served as a partner in the accounting firm of KPMG, where he had overall responsibility for the communications sector and served on KPMG's board of directors.

Adib Mattar joined Mubadala in 2008 and is the Head of Private Equity for Mubadala Capital and a member of the Mubadala Capital Investment Committee. Prior to joining Mubadala, Mr. Mattar was a banker with Credit Suisse’s Energy investment banking team in New York. Mr. Mattar currently serves as a board member for Parking Platform and Reigning Champs. 
 
Mr. Mattar graduated from the College of William &amp; Mary in Virginia with a B.A. in International Relations, and he holds an MBA and Masters of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) from Georgetown University in Washington D.C.&nbsp; Mr. Mattar is a Fellow at the Aspen Institute.

Kevin Kokko joined Mubadala in 2008 and is the Co-Head of Private Equity for Mubadala Capital and a member of the Mubadala Capital Investment Committee. Mr. Kokko has a background in investment banking with Citigroup in Toronto and London and has previously worked for the Office of Tony Blair first in one of Mr. Blair’s charities, Africa Governance Initiative, and most recently in Mr. Blair’s commercial business, Tony Blair Associates, where he was a Director of Advisory and Principal Strategies. 
 
Mr. Kokko graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with an Honors in Business Administration degree.

Antoun Ghanem joined Mubadala in 2007 and is an Executive Director in the Private Equity Team. Prior to joining Mubadala, Mr. Ghanem was a Senior Vice President in the Mubadala Services Venture unit where he led investments alongside international partners into JVs in the financial services, logistics, transportation and defense services sectors drawing on his extensive experience gained as a strategy consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton from 2005 to 2007. 
 
Mr. Ghanem graduated from McGill University with an MBA and a Bachelor of Honors Electrical Engineering.

Matt Kim joined Mubadala in 2014 and is a Director in the Private Equity Team. Prior to joining Mubadala, Mr. Kim was an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America Capital Advisors from 2009 to 2014, where he focused on evaluating private equity investment opportunities globally across the buyout, growth equity, and venture capital asset classes.&nbsp; 
 
Mr. Kim graduated cum laude from Boston University with a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Mr. Kim is also a CFA Charterholder.

Nadine Mazhar joined Mubadala in 2015 and is a Senior Principal in the Private Equity Team. Prior to joining Mubadala, Ms. Mazhar was an Investment Banking Associate at Citigroup Global Markets from 2012 to 2015, where she worked in the Canadian and Middle East Investment Banking teams focused on M&amp;A across a wide range of industries. 
 
Ms. Mazhar graduated with distinction from the Honors Business Administration program at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada.

Mohamed Tazi joined Mubadala in 2014 and is a Senior Principal in the Private Equity Team. Prior to joining Mubadala, Mr. Tazi was an M&amp;A Associate at Citi in Paris from 2010 to 2014, where he focused on transactions across a wide range of industries. 
 
Mr. Tazi holds a Master’s Degree from HEC Paris, with a major in Corporate &amp; Business Strategy.

Thomas Halford joined Mubadala in 2019 and is a Principal in the Private Equity Team. Prior to joining Mubadala, Mr. Halford worked from 2016 to 2019 in the Investment Banking Division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, with a focus on Technology / Media and Financial Institutions M&amp;A. 
 
Mr. Halford graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a degree in Accounting and Finance.

Ram Kolluri joined Mubadala in 2014 and is a Principal in the Private Equity Team. Prior to joining Mubadala, Mr. Kolluri was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on M&amp;A and financing transactions across a range of companies in the business services sector. After Mubadala and Sony’s acquisition of EMI Music Publishing (EMI), Mr. Kolluri joined EMI as Director, Financial Analysis and focused on a range of corporate finance and strategic initiatives prior to joining Mubadala Capital full time in 2014. 
 
Mr. Kolluri graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Economics and Government.
